While the State Senate voted down the bond measure on Friday, negotiations for a multi-billion state infrastructure bond continue in the Assembly. Please contact your Assemblymember to make sure that High Speed Rail and increased rail transit funding is a part of that.

Urge him or her to ensure that:

1. The HSR bond stays on the ballot and is delayed but not canceled.

2. To meanwhile provide at least $1 billion in the infrastructure bond for HSR, to buy and preserve critical right of way.
